Bespoke Business Applications
The first step in the bespoke software development process is to immerse ourselves in the client's current methods and processes. This provides us the route we need to determine the best bespoke software development.
Establishing the anticipated long-term bespoke software development requirements of the business is essential and creates the opportunity to 'design in' scalable bespoke functionality. This approach allows the bespoke development to change with the needs of the client whilst being time and cost effective.
Acusu delivers superior service and 'added-value' by applying 'best practice' in all areas of analysis, design, bespoke software development and ongoing support.
- 1Initial Meeting
This usually comprises a site visit to see what systems are already in place, allowing us to witness the business operational flow, to identify areas you may not even know need improvement
- 2Initial Proposal
Because we offer a huge array of options, we will offer scalable options to your development allowing you to slowly phase in options if your budget is small and showing how small changes can evolve to companywide solutions.
- 3Design and Development
The initial development usually consists of database construction, branding of your product and liaising with your staff to ensure the data entry sections are designed the way it is intended by the staff.
There will be several iterations to any development, most will be conducted at user level to ensure the users are fully in control of how they will be using the application going forward.
Once all elements are completed and the product is released, Acusu will be available on launch to ensure a smooth release transition. We will then provide staff training and documentation where required.
- 6Further Development
Every application we have made allows the time saving elements to open the eyes to other areas of development. Slowly phasing in extra elements (at lower cost once the core development is completed) allows the product to expand as your company does.
